More about you – Store Manager

Responsible for running day to day operations of the store and ensuring it is customer focused, efficient and cost-effective. As the leader for the store you will be responsible for maintaining high operational and organizational standards, training and continuous coaching of team members and creating a pleasant environment for both customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively
  • Motivating the team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
  • Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items
  • Hiring, training, developing and overseeing new staff
  • Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
  • Drive customer service excellence to every aspect of the store, deal with queries and complaints in a professional manner

The successful applicants will also have

  • Proven ability to manage and lead within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
  • Critical thinker and problem solving skills
  • A happy, friendly and energetic personality
  • A desire to deliver high quality customer service
  • A current/valid police check or a willingness to obtain if successful
